Mary Ann Pacelli is the National Program Manager, Workforce Development at the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), a division of NIST. Her work includes advocating for Manufacturing Workforce priorities with related federal agencies and providing technical support to the network of MEP centers across the country for workforce related activities. Mary Ann’s roles at NIST and the NIST MEP also include supporting the Manufacturing USA Institute Network with the NIST Program Office and facilitating the coordination of the Education and Workforce Development Directors of the 14 Institutes. Previously she was Assistant Director, Workforce and Talent Development at Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network). Pacelli coordinated efforts for new business development and the delivery of training and consulting services to area manufacturers designed to improve performance of the organization. For over 28 years Pacelli has served numerous manufacturing businesses by assessing their needs and designing and delivering customized programs to improve employee performance.
