Payment Options

Payments are accepted via credit card through our secure UEDA Member Portal at the time of transaction. During the registration process, registrants also have the option to select pay by check. Payments must be received by the UEDA office by any discount deadlines (e.g. Early Bird) in order to keep the discount.

Become a Member!

If you are not a member, please pay the non-member rate. However, members receive a discount to the Summit, as well as many other year-round benefits. If your organization is interested in joining UEDA as a member, start the membership process today!

Early Bird Registration

UEDA members and non-members are eligible for a $100 Summit registration discount for registrations and payments received by 11:59 pm ET on July 15, 2022.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by 5:00 pm ET on September 9, 2022. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Submit all requests to the UEDA Events Team. UEDA regrets that refunds will not be given for requests past this date or for no-shows.

Confirmation

You will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation within two business days after registering, please contact the UEDA Events Team.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, UEDA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for UEDA use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
