Keynote Address – The Importance of Diversity and Inclusion in Entrepreneurship Development

In many communities throughout the country, economic prosperity is not felt by all segments of the population. As a result, some communities are turning to innovative approaches to promote equitable opportunities for a diverse population that will lead to inclusive growth and broader economic prosperity. One such strategy is being championed by the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurship (RICE), the largest incubator for Black entrepreneurs in the U.S. Jay Bailey, RICE CEO, will discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion within the context of the work occurring at RICE.
