In this session, we will pose some important questions about how the current Foundations framework of talent, innovation, and place might be updated to reflect the university’s obligation and commitment to economic mobility and inclusive economic growth. We will use data and examples to demonstrate how talent, innovation, and place initiatives might be intentionally redesigned based on a university’s commitment to working with their community to promote economic mobility and inclusive growth. We will also discuss how we might measure these contributions. Finally, how should we update our Foundations document to reflect these objectives?
