Rob DeCleene

Rob DeCleene serves as the Vice Chancellor for University Relations at Indiana University South Bend, the largest regional campus in the IU network. In this role, Rob oversees alumni, government and community relations as well as K-12 outreach efforts for the campus. Prior to joining IU South Bend in June 2022, Rob was executive director of Visit South Bend Mishawaka for 12 years, with the last 4 ½ years serving in a dual role as EVP of the South Bend Regional Chamber of Commerce. Rob is a proud graduate of Indiana University’s flagship campus in Bloomington. In October, 2024, Rob served as the primary campus liaison for the hosting of the UEDA Summit in South Bend. In addition to serving on the UEDA Board of Directors, he is also a board member and past president of the Studebaker National Museum and Downtown South Bend, Inc.
