UPDATE:
The Call for Presentations Submission Period Is Now Closed
Because Spring is such a busy time in university circles, we’re extending the 2015 Annual Summit Call for Presentations deadline. UEDA will now be accepting submissions until the Annual Summit agenda has been filled, so you’ll have a bit more time to get your presentation polished and ready for submission. The committee will continue to review all submissions as they are received. Innovative and creative sessions topics and styles are strongly encouraged.
Our agenda is approximately 85% complete and will be public soon.
UEDA is seeking diverse and unique presentation styles to fill concurrent session spots. Workshops, roundtables, interactive activities, etc. are all encouraged – the more engaging the better! Sessions will generally be about one hour and fifteen minutes in length and should include time for Q&A, as well as a small amount of time at the beginning and end of the session for participants to arrive/depart. Electronic presentations, PowerPoints, videos, etc. are welcome, however, speaker bio/presentation deadlines must be adhered to in order to ensure appropriate publication deadlines can be met. Typically, for panel sessions there is a session moderator and 2-3 panelists. Specialty needs (e.g. presentation audio/video, etc.) should be identified up front.
We thank those of you who have submitted and look forward to assembling an interesting and dynamic agenda for the Annual Summit in Anchorage.
