Call For Presentations

There are several opportunities for you to make presentations at UEDA’s 2010 Summit.  Read about the opportunities below and submit applications by COB June 1, 2010.  There are no application fees.  Good luck!

Awards of Excellence
UEDA members may apply to win Awards of Excellence in six categories including:

• Excellence in Business Assistance and Entrepreneurship
• Excellence in Workforce Development
• Excellence in Technology Commercialization
• Excellence in Community Development
• Excellence in Partnership Development
• Excellence in Economic Development and Public Policy Research

Panel Presentations
UEDA members and non-members may apply to conduct panel presentations at Summit 2010.  Topics must be relevant, timely and interesting.  For each panel selected to make a presentation, one member of the panel will receive free registration to the Summit.

Facilitated Forums
UEDA members and non-members may apply to conduct facilitated forums at Summit 2010.  Forums may be used to discuss relevant issues, collect opinions from forum attendees, or deliver training to forum attendees.  Each facilitator is expected to issue a written summary of the forum to UEDA members after the Summit.
